At KL Physio Health & Fitness we focus on making a holistic lifestyle change with plenty of motivation and positive support.
With years of experience in the fitness and health industry, we have identified that most clients require more than just personal training. With this in mind, we have created lifestyle packages which include support, education and individually tailored programs for you to continue at home outside of one-on-one sessions.
We realise that everyone is different and cater for all goals; from weight loss, improved fitness, general improvement in health to running 10km or more. Every program and training session is specific to you, designed around your objectives and lifestyle. We place emphasis on injury prevention, with our background in physiotherapy allowing us to accommodate for any previous injuries.
We realise that education is a huge part of making a long lasting change in your lifestyle, therefore we have included information nights on hot topics such as nutrition, running and strength work to help you along your journey.
Whilst we believe in hard work, we will always accommodate the exercises you enjoy and endeavour to make all training sessions fun!
