We understand that people are busy and may not have time to train one-on-one consistently, so we have created a KL Online Training Program to provide the same feedback and motivation as our packages via online communication. Each client will have a thorough initial consultation to establish goals, medical history, injury history and other lifestyle factors. Your personalised program will be created following your assessment and will be updated fortnightly. Your online program will accommodate your lifestyle and can consist of gym based workouts if you have a gym membership or workouts you would prefer to complete in your own home.

You will also have access to our online library of workout videos to help remind you of proper exercise technique and for motivation!   

Each Online Program includes:
- Individualized program specific to your goals
- Email feedback and motivation
- Skype meeting for follow ups and feedback once per week
- Free monthly education sessions or workshops. Online versions will be provided if you're unable to attend
