For optimal, long lasting results these packages are designed to equip you with motivation, education and appropriate exercises to help you achieve your goals. All packages are individualized to achieve your goals, whether it is to increase general health and wellbeing, weight loss, increased strength, return to sport after injury, run 5km or any other goal, we will create a program specifically for you.  All packages include; 

- An initial free consult to establish goals, medical history, injury history, lifestyle factors and any other influences on your training regime.
- An online individualized training program, specific to your goals and lifestyle
- Discount on group training sessions (also private health rebatable)
- Free monthly information nights on hot topics or workshops (plus bring a friend) 


Standard Package: $109 per week (private health rebatable)

Advanced Package: $179 per week (private health rebatable)

- 2 x 1 hour one-on-one session with Kate each week

Premium Package: $239 per week (private health rebatable)

- 3 x 1 hour one-on-one session with Kate each week
- Individualized program specific to your goals to do outside of KL sessions
