For as long as I could remember, I knew my future would be based around combining my passion for sports and exercise and helping people. With this in mind, I completed my double degree in physiotherapy and sports science whilst working as a personal trainer during my five years at University. Since graduating, I have worked in private practice physiotherapy and as a sports scientist completing exercise testing and prescription.

My physiotherapy degree has given me excellent knowledge and understanding of anatomy, injuries and appropriate exercise prescription. As a sports scientist I studied a range of topics including nutrition, strength and conditioning and exercise prescription. This education has heavily influenced the holistic lifestyle approach I apply to training, which you can read more about in our philosophy. I also currently work at the University of Notre Dame, teaching a variety of Sports Science units and completing my Masters by research.

Throughout my career I have realised just how important fitness and health is for our overall happiness. There are simply endless physical and mental benefits of living a healthy and active lifestyle. Did you know that fitness levels are the number one indicator of good health? I believe that everybody deserves to have the confidence to be happy in their body, which is why I have started up KL Physio Health & Fitness. 

I am a very positive person, which is reflected in my training style. When I am not working I am usually swimming, cycling, running or in the gym training for my next triathlon event. I love spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, exploring new places and simply making the most out of life.
